Parker Mobile Home Transporting provides the following services. 

This applies to all Mobile Homes: If there is damage to your Mobile Home because of age or caused by a previous move, and we were not involved, we do not repair it. We inspect all Mobile Homes for damage before we move them.

Single-wides  Break-Downs                        

1. Remove Skirting                                                 
2. Put On Axles and Tires ( if needed )
3. Bolt On Hitch ( if needed )                                 
4. Disconnect Water, Sewer, and Electric
5. Unblock Home and Deliver Blocks and Standard Mobile Home Steps To New Location
6. We Do Not Haul Big Porches, Decks, Landscape Timbers, Or Sheds
7. We Do Not Disconnect Split Unit A/C's. They Should Be Pumped Down By Someone In The Heating and Cooling Business. We Will Disconnect Self-Contained A/C's.

                              Single-wides Set-Ups

1. Block, Level, and Tie-Down
2. Hook Up Water and Sewer
3. Install Heat Tape and Wrap
4. We Do Not Reconnect The A/C, Electric, Tie Down Steps, Or Reinstall Old Or Used Skirting
   If extra blocks are needed for set-up, Homeowner will provide them.

                              Double-Wide Break-Downs

1. Remove Skirting
2. Remove Roof Cap
3. Remove Vinyl Siding Or Metal From Ends Of Home
4. Remove Inside Trim From Marriage Wall
5. Put On Axles and Tires (if needed)
6. Bolt On Hitches (if needed)
7. Disconnect Water, Sewer, and Electric
8. Split Unit Apart. ( If Home Is Going More Than 25 Miles Or Will Sit For Awhile Before Set-Up, We Put Plastic On It ).
9. Unblock Home and Haul Blocks and Standard Mobile Home Steps To New Location
10. We Do Not Haul Porches, Decks, Landscape Timbers, Or Sheds
11. We Do Not Disconnect Split Unit A/C's, We Will Disconnect Self- Contained A/C's.

                         Double-Wide Set-Up

1. Remove Plastic From Home
2. Roll Home Together
3. Block, Level, and Tie-Down
4. Lag Bolt Floor and Roof Together
5. Re-Install Vinyl Siding Or Metal On Ends Of Home
6. Re-Install Trim On Marriage Wall
7. Put New Roof Cap On Home
8. Hook Up Water and Sewer
9. Install Heat Tape and Wrap
10. We Do Not Reconnect A/C, Electric, Tie Down Steps, Re-Seam Carpet, Or Install Old Or Used Skirting
    If extra blocks are needed for set-up, Homeowner will provide them.

On Basement Or Foundation Sets, We Do Not Hook Up The Water and Sewer Lines. You Will Need To Get A Licensed Plumber To Do That For You.
